Assistant Attorney General - Litigation Unit

The Oklahoma Office of the Attorney General is seeking a full-time Assistant Attorney General for our Litigation Unit.

Salary Range: Commensurate with experience and qualifications

Location: Oklahoma City

Position Summary: This position requires a licensed attorney to handle civil actions and proceedings in state, federal and appellate courts. Occasional travel is required.

Qualifications: Licensed attorney with a minimum of two (2) years of civil experience preferred. Experience representing state or other governmental agencies is preferred. Excellent research, writing and advocacy skills are required.

All applicants must agree in writing to complete, and satisfactorily pass, a thorough background investigation by the Office of Attorney General.
