The Oklahoma Office of the Attorney General is currently seeking a full-time Assistant Attorney General for our Litigation Unit in our Oklahoma City office.
Salary: Commensurate with experience and qualifications.
Position Summary: This position requires a licensed attorney to handle civil actions and proceedings in state, federal and appellate courts. Occasional travel is required.
Qualifications: Licensed attorney with a minimum of three (3) years of related experience. Excellent research, writing and advocacy skills are required. Preference will be given to those with experience representing state or other governmental agencies.
