Title: Assistant Attorney General

Salary Range: Commensurate with experience and qualifications

Location: Tulsa, OK

The Oklahoma Office of the Attorney General is currently seeking a full-time Assistant Attorney General for our Worker’s Compensation and Insurance Fraud Unit.

Position Summary: The Unit investigates and prosecutes Worker’s Compensation and Insurance fraud as well as crimes ancillary to the fraud. The successful candidate will have one to three years’ experience in criminal prosecution as well as outstanding legal judgment and be able to effectively, professionally and independently research, prepare, analyze and understand complex information and legal issues. The successful candidate must maintain the integrity of the Attorney General's Office as well as the confidentiality of information as required by the Oklahoma Attorney General. Extensive in-state travel, including some over-night travel, is required.

Qualifications: Applicants must be a licensed attorney with 1 – 3 years’ experience in criminal prosecution. Strong writing and oral advocacy skills are required.
