Legal Assistant - Opinion Coordinator

The Oklahoma Office of the Attorney General is currently seeking a full-time Legal Assistant to serve as Opinion Coordinator for our Executive Division in our Oklahoma City office.

Salary Range: Commensurate with experience and qualifications.

Position Summary: This position involves complex paralegal work, with an emphasis on research, legal analysis, and writing. Duties may include: analyzing legal documents and correspondence; conducting small research assignments; proofreading and editing; and preparing pleadings, briefs, exhibits, and correspondence.

Qualifications: Qualified candidates will need to have completed a Paralegal program. Preference may be given to candidates with knowledge of proper legal formatting and experience with the Bluebook.
