OKLAHOMA CITY— Attorney General Scott Pruitt’s Workers’ Compensation and Insurance Fraud Unit has filed a charge against an Oklahoma City couple for allegedly conspiring to falsely obtain insurance money.

Dec.6, 2011 – The insurance company contacted the other driver and she told them that the accident occurred on Nov. 29 and records from the Midwest City Police Department confirmed the date of the accident.

Dec. 13, 2011 – The accident claim was denied.
