Title: Assistant Attorney General

Salary Range: Commensurate with experience and qualifications.

Location: Oklahoma City, OK

The Oklahoma Attorney General’s Office is currently seeking a full-time Assistant Attorney General for our Litigation Unit.

Position Summary: This position requires a licensed attorney to handle civil actions and proceedings in state, federal and appellate courts. The successful candidate must maintain the integrity of the Attorney General’s Office as well as the confidentiality of information as required by the Attorney General. Occasional travel is required.

Qualifications: Licensed attorney with a minimum of ten (10) years of civil experience required. Experience representing state or other governmental agencies is preferred. Excellent research, writing and advocacy skills are required.
