The Oklahoma Office of the Attorney General is currently seeking a full-time Records Administrator for our Executive Division.

Position Summary:

This position performs complex paralegal work, with an emphasis on extensive research, legal analysis, and writing. Duties may include: analyzing legal documents and correspondence; conducting small research assignments; preparing correspondence; proofreading and editing documents; maintaining agency records, including ensuring compliance with agency’s records disposition schedule as well as with federal and state laws; log, track, and prepare responses to open records requests; gather all responsive records for attorney review for both open records requests and discovery requests; provide administrative and legal assistance to the General Counsel, including calendaring and maintaining files; provide backup support to other executive assistants in the Executive Division.



Qualified candidates will need to have completed a Paralegal program. Preference may be given to candidates with experience and proficiency in legal technology, including e-discovery and case management platforms.
