Salary Range: $25,000‐$32,000

Job Summary: The File Clerk responsibilities include, but are not limited to: processing copy, mail, and filing requests, maintaining the office filing onsite and offsite storage locations, distribution of mail, maintaining the law library, assisting office staff as needed with mail outs, scheduling, research, data entry, or any other area as requested. The File Clerk will also be responsible for assisting with filing local court documents, post office runs, and other office runs as well as backing up docket clerks. This position also has receptionist back up responsibilities to include answering and managing multi‐line switchboard, greeting and directing guests, receiving and logging mail and deliveries, scheduling reservations for agency fleet vehicles and conference rooms, and requesting building maintenance.


Qualifications: Previous experience with court filings is preferred. Position will require physical lifting of boxes and files with weight in excess of 25 lbs. Must have a valid Oklahoma driver’s license.
