• Attorney General Hunter joins Ohio's fight against Planned Parenthood and state funding of abortion clinics.

• Attorney General Hunter filed briefs in support of states that cut off Medicaid funding to Planned Parenthood after videos surfaced showing that the organization had been illegally harvesting and selling fetal body parts. 

• Attorney General Hunter is appealing a court ruling that physicians may administer medication abortions using a method that has killed several women. Read the trial court brief, which argues that these drugs should only be used according to the safer, original method approved by the FDA. 

• Attorney General Hunter is actively defending laws that prohibit “dismemberment abortions,” where a living, unborn child is torn apart piece by piece. He is defending this law in Oklahoma and has supported similar laws in Texas
   and 
  Alabama
  .

• Attorney General Hunter has filed several briefs in support of the free speech rights of pro-life people. He has fought against laws that require pro-life pregnancy centers to promote abortions. 

• Attorney General Hunter urged the Supreme Court to review a ruling attempting to silence a pastor preaching on sidewalks outside of abortion clinics.
   

• Attorney General Hunter filed a brief in support of undercover journalists who exposed abortion providers selling fetal body parts, litigating against a suit by abortion providers attempting to hide the truth. Attorney General Hunter filed briefs urging that law enforcement, the press, and the public be allowed to see these undercover videos showing potential crimes being committed by the abortion industry. 

• Attorney General Hunter filed in court in support of laws that require parents to be notified when their minor child is seeking an abortion, advancing parents’ right to know before an abortion doctor operates on their own child. 

• Attorney General Hunter supports the constitutionality of a 20-week abortion ban, which is the time when some babies start to feel pain as they are torn apart by an abortion. 

• Attorney General Hunter weighed in favor of laws prohibiting abortions that discriminate against a child, if the child is being killed because of its race, sex, or disability. 

• Attorney General Hunter advocated for laws giving women the right to see an ultrasound before making an abortion decision, promoting informed consent before this procedure.
